Obviously we are all about the brownies. We love baking them, we love eating them and we love being able to share that with our amazing customers.

Black Cow Brownies is part of Black Cow Coffee. We are a mother and daughter team who both love great coffee and great brownies! 

​

The name Black Cow is inspired by our herd of suckler cows many of whom are Aberdeen Angus. 

​

We make and bake everything by hand in our bakery on the farm. We use our own free range eggs from our beautiful chickens. If they aren't keeping up with us then we use eggs from a farm just down the road. We use local Heygates flour, British butter and British sugar. Supporting our fellow farmers.

Our chocolate suppliers Callebeut & Casa Luker are known for their quality high grade chocolate which is definitely identifiable in the taste of our brownies.
